Hey, I’m Jonathan Skwirut the founder of Rust Busters Laser Cleaning Service a mobile, eco-friendly laser cleaning company proudly serving Northern Jersey and surrounding areas.

I was born and raised in New Jersey, and someone who’s always loved working with his hands and doing things the right way. I spent years in construction, learning materials, surfaces, and what it really takes to build and fix things the right way.

Later on, I made a move into healthcare, where I now work in X-ray imaging. That gave me a profound background in physics, precision, and safety, and one day it all just clicked for me.

Why not combine my blue-collar experience with my technological experience and put it to work right here in Jersey?

Hence, Rust Busters was formed! What started as an idea quickly turned into a plan, one I built from the ground up. I researched the technology, sourced my own equipment, became properly licensed and trained in laser cleaning, and invested everything into doing it the right way. No shortcuts, no hand-me-downs. Rust Busters was built from scratch through hard work, long nights, and a lot of trial and error, all with the unwavering support of my family. Today, that same drive fuels a growing rust-busting operation dedicated to restoring surfaces, protecting materials, and building something lasting, one job at a time.

I’m professionally trained in laser cleaning and have completed 200+ jobs, removing rust, coatings, and surface damage safely and precisely. My goal is simple: make New Jersey rust-free, one surface at a time.

I’m also a proud husband and dad to two amazing daughters, and that mindset carries me into every job I do. I treat your property like it’s my own and take real pride in doing the work right the first time.
